What started as a small Reggae and Urban online radio station with a different idea, officially launched April 30th 2011 has now officially gone global and we are 1 of approximately 100 “Reggae/Island” Stations listed worldwide on iTunes Radio.
The radio station has been the talk in Canada as well as creating major waves in the U.S, U.K, Europe, Africa, South America, West Indies, Asia, and many more. MadVibez Radio has grown exponentially since its creation. We now have listeners hailing from over 180 countries worldwide. The MadVibez Radio website averages 1,000,000+ hits per month and we have achieved a combined listenership (web, iTunes, mobile) of over 2 Million Listeners per month
The station was created to expose talented DJ’s and Artists Locally and Worldwide.
The very name “MadVibez” has become synonymous with Artist/DJ promotion and development. We are on a mission to help those that need it and want it. We are very serious about music and the business that surrounds it. With over a quarter of a century in various aspects of the music business, we bring that experience to the table by assisting, guiding and helping to educate those that are willing to learn and put in the effort to make a difference in the business as a whole.
We have multiple weekly interviews with artists, DJs, producers, etc. We have had many high caliber industry professionals on the platform such as Donavan Germain (owner of Penthouse Music), Don Yute, Cross Cris (Manager for ANG Alliance), Clifton “Specialist” Dillon Clifton. Also many artists new, upcoming and seasoned such as Jah Cure, Lutan Fyah, Half Pint, General Degree, Sammy Dread, U Brown just to name a few.
We work closely with artists like Jah Cure, Jah Mason, Louie Rankin, the ANG Alliance family led by the General himself Bounty Killer. Cross Canada tour plans are in the works for the above artists as well as Motown groups such as – The Manhattans, The Temptations, The Chi-lites, The Stylistics and many more. Every one of these tours will include various new and upcoming artists and DJs. We are looking to increase exposure and marketability for the untapped talents and bring them to the forefront internationally. We offer a great opportunity for new and upcoming artists, DJs and Reggae/Urban music on a whole.
We have gained the continued support of various Recording Studios, Commercial Radio Stations, Record Labels, Promoters and Artists around the world.
